Automotive Technician Collaboration
Carlisle & Co is excited to launch the third phase of the Automotive Technician Collaboration (ATC)! The ATC was formed in 2018 as an industry response to the technician recruiting and retention crisis, and is made up of nine OEMs. Through this effort, the ATC has developed a series of dealer playbooks, how-to guides and quick tips on how to best effect change in the key areas causing technician dissatisfaction. In Phase 3, we will be expanding our recruiting effort through Project Shift, developing a dealer-facing “Retention Hotspots Tool,” and growing our dealer and industry communication outreach.
