As we prepare for the 2023 Conference season, we will need an updated Non-Disclosure & Use Agreement for Proprietary Information. This process will be consistent with last year’s process.
Each OEM will
agree to the NDA at the company level, with a single executive signing the NDA on behalf of the firm. Once we have this full NDA signed,
each individual participant will sign an individual acknowledgement that their company has signed the NDA. This acknowledgement is simply a statement that the participant has been informed of the terms of the agreement to which their employer has signed.
Your OEM Executive can sign the full
Non-Disclosure & Use Agreement for Proprietary Information electronically using SignNow, which is a secured website. Please use the following link:
